Just bought some tickets for the San Jose Sharks — love the team but oh how I hate buying tickets through Ticketmaster. God awful interface, have to try over and over again to get what I want, and they charged (in this pretty typical case) 35% over and above the ticket price just to use their f**king website. They have a monopoly and they abuse it. If there were a way to never ever use Ticketmaster again (without wasting gas driving to the venue) I’d love to hear about it. Grrrr.
